Tilray

Tilray Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq and TSX: TLRY) is a Canadian-headquartered licensed producer that became one of the largest global cannabis companies following its May 2021 merger with Aphria Inc. Research partnerships have historically included the University of British Columbia, the University of Sydney (Australia), and early imports to U.S. researchers prior to the DEA's 2021 expansion of domestic bulk manufacturers. As of April 2026, Tilray operates as a diversified lifestyle/CPG company spanning medical cannabis (Tilray Medical), adult-use cannabis, craft beverages (SweetWater, Breckenridge Distillery, BrewDog U.S.), and hemp wellness (Manitoba Harvest, Charlotte's Web). Q3 FY2026 net revenue was a record $207 million (+11% organic), with international medical cannabis up 73% driven by Germany. In April 2026 Tilray acquired UK medical cannabis clinic and pharmacy platform Lyphe Group, establishing a vertically integrated UK medical platform.
