Bubbler

A small handheld water pipe combining the portability of a hand pipe with the smoke-cooling water filtration of a bong. Typically holds a few ounces of water, with a fixed bowl and a single carb hole. Smoke is cooled and lightly filtered as it passes through the water before reaching the user. Functions as a middle ground between dry pipes and full-size bongs.
