7/10 — also called "Oil Day" or "National Dab Day" — is celebrated annually as the concentrates counterpart to 4/20, and informally daily at 7:10 p.m. in dab-focused circles. First organized celebrations occurred in 2011 and 2012 per TaskRok's account; the first 7/10 Cup was held in Denver on July 10, 2013, and High Times began recognizing the date by 2014. Unlike 4/20, 7/10 centers on extracts — shatter, wax, budder, rosin, live resin, sauce, diamonds, and vape cartridges — rather than flower. "710-friendly" now complements "420-friendly" in housing and event listings. ⚠️ Some popular sources link the date to the Grateful Dead's 1960s residence at 710 Ashbury Street in San Francisco; this is coincidence, not the etymological origin.
